Next Day Express Delivery - £7.99
Need it yesterday? We’ve got the next best thing — our Next Day Express Delivery! Place your order before 12:15pm Monday to Friday, and your baby bits will be zooming their way to you via Royal Mail 24, arriving as soon as the very next day (yes, even Saturdays!). Just a heads-up: if you order after 12:15pm on a Friday, your goodies will hang tight until Monday — because even our warehouse elves need a weekend nap.
Standard Delivery - FREE!
Our free standard delivery is as fuss-free as a sleeping baby (rare, but magical). Your order will usually arrive within 2–3 working days, unless you live somewhere delightfully remote and off the mainland — then it might take a smidge longer. In a rush? We’ve got you covered with our Express Next Day Delivery — just £7.99 to have your baby bits zoomed to your door via Royal Mail 24. Place your order before 12:15pm Monday to Friday and it’ll be on your doorstep faster than a toddler unrolling toilet paper. Orders placed after 12:15pm on Friday will ship on Monday (because even delivery trucks need a Sunday lie-in).

What happens if I am not around to receive my delivery?
Out when your delivery arrives? No worries — our couriers will leave you a little ‘Sorry we missed you’ card (basically a love note from your parcel). They'll try again the next working day, like the determined legends they are. If you’re still playing parcel hide-and-seek, just use the tracking info from your email to reschedule delivery for a time or place that suits you — maybe even somewhere with biscuits.
Can I return an unwanted item?
Simple answer: Yes! We have a 75-day return policy. Panic over. Even babies and toddlers change their minds (usually loudly and at 3am). If something’s not quite right, don’t worry—pop it back to us, no hard feelings. We promise not to take it personally… even if your little one suddenly decides they hate that toy they loved five minutes ago.
How do I return an item?
If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty product—or you’ve changed your mind (how could you?!)—no worries at all. We get it, even the best decisions can have a wobble (just ask any toddler at snack time). We’ll make your return as painless as possible—actually, we’ll make it free. What is your returns address?
To arrange the return of an item or items please contact returns@buy4baby.uk and one of our lovely Customer Services Team members will issue you with a return address label for your item(s) to be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your item makes its grand return journey back to us (tiny suitcase optional), your refund should be with you within 10 days. That’s about the time it takes for a toddler to change their favourite food...twice. If your pennies haven’t reappeared by then, give us a shout—we’ll chase them down faster than a parent chasing a crawling baby with a clean nappy.

A quick heads-up: returns are sent back at your own expense, and we don’t offer collection services (sorry, we’re good—but not magic unicorn delivery service good). Please make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and still looking as lovely as the day it arrived. You've got a statutory duty of care, which is a fancy way of saying “please don’t let the dog chew it before sending it back.”
